FREE: The Airbnb Welcome Book Checklist + Starter Pages
by GuestStar Studio — Templates that turn guests into 5-star reviews
Use this free checklist to build a welcome book your guests will actually read — and that quietly earns you better reviews. Every box below is a page (or section) in a complete welcome book. The 3 starter pages after the checklist are copy-and-fill ready.

- [ ] Where to leave local tips for the next guest (guest book page)
STARTER PAGE 1 — Welcome (copy & fill)
Welcome to [Property Name]! 🏡 We're [Your Names], and we're so glad you're here. This little book has everything you need: Wi-Fi, how things work, our house rules, and the local spots we actually go to ourselves. Need anything at all? Message us anytime at [phone/Airbnb chat]. We reply fast. Have a wonderful stay!
STARTER PAGE 2 — Wi-Fi & Check-Out (the two most-searched pages)
Wi-Fi — Network: [name] · Password: [password]
Before you leave (check-out is [time]): 1. Load and start the dishwasher 2. Put used towels in the bathtub 3. Turn off lights, AC/heating to [setting] 4. Lock all doors and windows 5. Send us a quick "we're out" message — that's it! No need to strip the beds or take out trash (unless we note it in House Rules). Thank you!
STARTER PAGE 3 — The 5-Star Note (copy exactly, it works)
A small favour 🙏 If you loved your stay, a 5-star review means the world to a small host like us. Quick secret: on Airbnb, 5 stars means "as described" — 4 stars actually counts as a penalty for hosts, even when everything was fine. And if anything wasn't perfect, please message us first and give us the chance to make it right. We'd much rather fix it than read about it. Thank you for staying with us!
